He’s Not Into You provides AI-generated relationship insights based on information entered by users. Results are intended for entertainment, reflection, and general guidance only.

The app does not provide:

• Professional counselling
• Therapy or mental health services
• Legal advice
• Medical advice
• Crisis or safeguarding support

Users remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Analyses, verdicts, recommendations, and suggested replies are generated using artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation.

You agree not to rely solely on app outputs when making significant relationship, legal, financial, or personal decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To provide information lawfully and responsibly
• Not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app
• Not to submit illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Not to use the app in ways that violate applicable laws

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions:

• Renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account
• Can be managed or cancelled via Google Play subscriptions
• Are subject to Google Play billing policies

Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, logos, designs, text, and features remain the property of Jasida Labs, except where otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasida Labs shall not be liable for:

• Relationship outcomes
• Emotional distress
• Financial loss
• Decisions made based on app content
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app

Use of the app is at your own risk.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the app at any time without notice.
